Radial Geometry and the Monocular Universe: Dark Matter, Quantum Mechanics, Black Holes, and Biological Life from kL ≈ 37

Dark matter has not been detected in forty years of searching. Black holes are supposed to destroy information, yet quantum mechanics forbids it. Gravity refuses to quantize. DNA is right-handed for reasons no one has explained. The neutrino mass is inferred but never directly measured. These are not five separate mysteries. This paper proposes they are five consequences of one geometric fact: the universe is eleven-dimensional, our instruments read only one surface of it, and a single parameter — kL ≈ 37 — encodes the full depth. The framework is built on the Randall-Sundrum warped extra dimension geometry. Its single free parameter is kL ≈ 37. Every Standard Model particle is a standing wave in a resonant cavity (“bulk”) between two brane surfaces. The localization coordinate c determines where each particle sits in the bulk — mass, spin, charge, lifetime, and detection method all follow from this one number. The electron sits at the midpoint (“mirror”) of c = 0. 50, the geometry’s only point of simultaneous contact with the walls. The full structure is not five-dimensional but eleven: four spacetime dimensions plus seven warped RS intervals radiating from a common hub, giving 4 + 7 = 11 without assumption. The framework identifies as Type IIB string theory on the TeV brane surface — where the two boundary modes are the S-dual pair (photon as F1-string excitation, neutrino as D1-brane excitation) — and M-theory in the full bulk. The genesis event is not a quantum tunneling between pre-existing states. It is the crystallization of the radial hub from a pre-geometric substrate: the moment c exists, all seven spokes radiate simultaneously, and the two substrate modes find their addresses at c = 0. 00 and c = 1. 00. What we call photons and neutrinos are not products of that event. They are what the dual string energy looks like once coordinates exist and the speed of light is established. Dark matter is not a particle. It is location corruption. Every massive object is a seven-spoke standing wave; gravity reads all seven spokes in every mass measurement. The total mass is correct. What is wrong is the apparent distribution: six of seven spoke-faces carry their mass with total location degradation — position destroyed by the warp factor e^ (kL) ≈ 10¹6 before reaching our instruments — producing the diffuse smear mapped as a halo. The 85: 15 split is not a mass split. It is a location-fidelity split. Forty years of null detection results are the correct answer. Black holes are a categorically different phenomenon: regions where the bulk has been physically compressed to zero, the mirror smashed, communication destroyed and no standing waves possible. A measurement shadow is a reading failure. A black hole is a structural failure. A trillion measurement shadows do not make one black hole but a single structural failure does. Gravity is classical, not quantum. It reads total 11-dimensional bulk deformation without selecting a surface — it cannot cause wavefunction collapse and the graviton does not exist. The Born rule is a theorem: the partial trace over bulk degrees of freedom inaccessible to electromagnetic instruments. Quantum mechanics is what 11-dimensional physics looks like to a surface-bound observer. The cosmological constant catastrophe is reduced from 10¹23 orders of magnitude to approximately 10⁸ by triple warp suppression: ρ_Λ ~ v⁴ × e^ (−3kL) ≈ 10^ (−39) GeV⁴. The residual gap points to the pre-crystallization substrate energy. The same kL = 37 that solves the hierarchy problem, generates three fermion generations, predicts the neutrino mass shadow, and produces the dark matter ratio also removes 115 of the 123 catastrophic orders of magnitude. The geometry extends to biology without analogy. DNA is a two-brane structure: two complementary strands bridged by base pairs encoding information in the coupling between them, not in either strand alone. The right-handed chirality of DNA is the Z₂ boundary condition of the orbifold expressed in molecular form—the same geometric fact as the matter-antimatter asymmetry. The cell membrane is an RS cavity at the biological scale. Cancer is measurement-shadow accumulation. Apoptosis is the biological structural information hole. The interface particle—the electron at c = 0. 50—is the basis of all chemistry and therefore all biology because it is the only particle that touches all walls of the radial hub simultaneously. The paper proceeds in eight parts and presents thirty-four falsifiable predictions. The neutrino’s true rest mass is exactly zero — it is the D1-brane gauge boson, the exact Z₂ mirror of the photon (the F1-string gauge boson), and S-duality is exact. The apparent ~0. 05 eV from oscillation experiments is a measurement shadow of a massless particle at the far wall. KATRIN and successors will converge toward zero. The framework is strictly falsifiable: confirmed dark matter at any mass or cross-section, any supersymmetric partner, any axion, a nonzero neutrino rest mass from direct kinematic measurement, or gravitationally induced entanglement eliminates it entirely. Everything follows from kL ≈ 37.
