Mobile money platforms have emerged as a critical tool for financial inclusion in developing countries, especially in off-grid areas where traditional banking services are scarce. Data was collected through a mixed-methods approach including surveys, interviews, and secondary data analysis. Statistical models were employed to estimate adoption rates and evaluate economic outcomes. Mobile money platform adoption in off-grid villages of Mozambique was found to be significantly higher than national averages (78% vs. 50%), with a notable increase in savings among users (30% reported increased savings). The analysis reveals that mobile money platforms contribute positively to financial health and economic empowerment, particularly for off-grid communities. Policy recommendations include expanding access to mobile money services through partnerships with local enterprises and increasing awareness campaigns in off-grid areas. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
