ABSTRACT Title: A Theoretical Framework of the Nova Formula (MC4) in Addressing Galactic Rotation Anomalies and Dark Matter Identification Author: Noval Sulu Mayai Abstract: This paper proposes a novel theoretical framework, designated as the Nova Formula (MC4), to investigate the nature of Dark Matter through the lens of modified gravitational dynamics. Current cosmological models rely heavily on undetected particles to explain the flat rotation curves of spiral galaxies. The Nova Formula deviates from particle-centric theories by suggesting that "Dark Matter" effects emerge from a complex interaction between mass and the four-dimensional geometry of spacetime. By integrating the MC4 variable as a corrective energy tensor (ΦNova) into the Einstein Field Equations, this study demonstrates how frame-dragging and spacetime curvature can account for observed gravitational anomalies. Preliminary analysis indicates that the Nova Formula aligns with empirical galactic data, offering a potential pathway toward a unified field theory that reconciles baryonic mass distribution with long-range gravitational binding without the necessity of exotic matter. Keywords: Nova Formula, MC4, Dark Matter, Spacetime Geometry, Galactic Rotation Curves, Theoretical Physics.
