This preprint introduces the Timeless Energy Principle (TEP) as a unified philosophical–scientific framework addressing the fundamental origin of the universe beyond particle-based descriptions. I argue that time is not a fundamental entity but emerges from entropy differentiation, thereby resolving circular dependencies inherent in conventional physical theories. The work advances a necessity-based interpretation of existence, proposing that the universe arises from a timeless energy state through logically inevitable differentiation. By integrating ontological reasoning with thermodynamic principles, the framework provides a coherent account of temporal emergence, causality, and cosmological structure. In addition, a mathematical formulation is outlined in terms of an energy–entropy invariant and symmetry-based arguments, connecting the conceptual model with theoretical physics. Potential implications for cosmology, including deviations from standard expansion models, are also discussed. This work is intended to contribute to ongoing research in the philosophy of physics, cosmology, and foundational theoretical science, and serves as a basis for further mathematical and observational development.
