Guided by teacher education accreditation, this study addresses current issues in preschool education practical teaching, such as the disconnect between professional ethics and skills, fragmented practical training, and insufficient holistic education.It constructs a practical teaching system characterized by "dual support of professional ethics and technical skills, three-stage progression from educational observation to internship to research, and four-year continuous integration".The research unfolds through practical examination, theoretical construction, and implementation pathways, aiming to enhance pre-service teachers' ethical standards and professional competence by optimizing the practical teaching system.This provides practical reference for preschool education accreditation and high-quality talent cultivation.
