AbstractWe introduce a bio-inspired silicon carbide (SiC) nanotube architecture featuring five-level internal fractalstructuring. This system combines tubular phononic waveguiding with hierarchical localization, producingan enhanced phononic density of states at target terahertz frequencies. Co-doping (B, Ti, Zr, Hf, D) enablesoptimized deuterium confinement and collective modulation of the Coulomb barrier. A theoretical tunnelingenhancement of up to 1034 relative to free-space Gamow factors is predicted near 8 mK. The framework isexperimentally falsifiable through correlated neutron emission, tritium production, excess heat, and phononiccoherence signatures.
