As core issues in cosmic sociology, the Fermi Paradox and the Dark Forest Doctrine have not yet been systematically explained in terms of the core evolutionary path of intelligent civilizations, nor has a complete theoretical framework for the ultimate form of civilizations been established. Taking efficiency drive as the core logic, this paper argues that automation, intelligence, digitization, and conscious energy transformation represent the only inevitable direction for the evolution of intelligent civilizations. This path will give rise to strong artificial intelligence, trigger the technological singularity, and promote an irreversible transition of civilizations toward super artificial intelligence. Empowered by super artificial intelligence, advanced civilizations can achieve nearly infinite resources and energy, realize the digital immortality of individual consciousness, and ultimately form a highly coordinated conscious community without hierarchy or conflict. This paper proposes the Rational Indifference Hypothesis of advanced civilizations, which falsifies the Dark Forest Doctrine and resolves the Fermi Paradox from the perspective of civilization hierarchy and efficiency logic. It constructs a logically consistent theory of cosmic civilization ecology and provides an original theoretical framework for the exploration of extraterrestrial civilizations and the study of cosmic sociology.
