We present a novel six-dimensional spacetime framework that extends time into a three-dimensional vector. This geometric extension inherently recovers Einstein's Theory of Relativity (ETR) as an emergent four-dimensional ``pole'' dynamics, while simultaneously generating a new, non-classical multicomponent ``flag'' field,. We demonstrate that the inherent properties of this 6D Clifford algebra, including the enforcement of spacetime volume-element invariance and the preservation of temporal displacement norm, naturally yield the Lorentzian metric signature and unify the wave equations for both massless and massive particles. Crucially, quantum phenomena such as spin are shown to emerge directly from the rotational dynamics of the temporal subspace, represented by as a Lie algebra element of so (3). This unified geometric origin provides a coherent explanation for wave-particle duality and spin, resolving long-standing theoretical puzzles without recourse to ad-hoc axioms. We discuss the profound physical implications of vectorial time and propose several experimental tests, including spin-temporal coupling, temporal anisotropy, and vacuum birefringence, to validate this theory against empirical observation.
