The Complete Works of Informational Cosmology provides the full, unified foundation of the Informational Cosmology framework. This compilation includes the entire conceptual progression of the theory across Papers 1–6 as well as the complete testing package for the Hunt–Lyra Informational Luminosity Law (ILL). The document presents the cosmological framework built from the identity ΦR = E + I, in which the Reality Field arises from the equilibrium of Energy and Information. It explains the formation of Bubble Universes through equilibrium-wave compression in the informational Sea, the emergence of matter as E ⊙ I, the appearance of time as an informational rate, and the large-scale evolution of the cosmos through informational diffusion and structural decay. The work includes unified explanations for redshift, the radio noise floor, dark matter as partially separated E–I structures, and dark energy as the re-emergence of equilibrium. The complete cosmic cycle — equilibrium → compression → fusion → complexity → decay → equilibrium — is presented in full. This release also contains the official ILL Replication Sheet and the full How-To Guide, allowing any researcher to independently verify or challenge the Informational Luminosity Law using astrophysical observations. At the time of writing, we are still awaiting Independent Verification of the ILL. If you wish to verify, please follow the steps on the Replication Sheet and How To Guide and email them to me. Thank you. This volume serves as the authoritative reference for Informational Cosmology and as an open invitation for collaboration, critique, and further development.
