DoIH Volume XIV presents the most complete and rigorous formulation to date of the Hunt–Lyra Informational Luminosity Law (ILL)—a proposed universal physical law linking stellar luminosity, temperature, and informational emission. This paper consolidates all prior Diffusion of Information Hypothesis (DoIH) work, establishes a fully explicit derivation, presents the empirical discovery of the universal information constant, and outlines precise requirements for independent verification. The document includes: • Full theoretical framework • Mathematical development of the ILL • Derivation of the universal information constant • Comparison to Landauer, Shannon, and thermodynamic limits • Predictions across stellar classes • Complete replication protocol and statistical expectations • Requirements for peer-review validation Independent researchers are invited to replicate the ILL using their own stellar datasets. Confirmation will elevate the ILL to a validated physical law.
