This work presents a theoretical framework in which (3+1) -dimensional spacetime, with metric g, is obtained as the pullback of a unitary metric defined in an N-dimensional space. A dimensionless scalar field R is introduced to quantify the informational coherence of a system based on its state structure and entropic content. Gravity is proposed as a collective effect arising from a Unity Action, together with the Montesinos Constant M>1 and the informational distortion coefficient D (t). A dynamic equation is derived linking the structural stability of matter to variations in informational noise, and its potential manifestation in biological systems with high informational density is discussed. The model offers a falsifiable prediction relating the reduction of informational distortion to the acceleration of regenerative processes in biological tissues.
