We present a formulation in which classical gravity emerges from the classicalization ofquantum records. The Einstein equations are promoted to an Einstein–Langevin systemsourced by a conserved stochastic stress tensor generated by continuous monitoring (recordformation). We provide closed expressions for the homogeneous backreaction in exact de Sitterspacetime, define dimensionless kernels arising from spatial smearing and temporal coarse-graining, and derive the tensor sector sourced by the transverse–traceless (TT) component ofthe noise. We also provide an operational extension beyond de Sitter in which the effectivesource exhibits finite memory, equivalently recast as a local system with auxiliary degrees offreedom. Finally, we summarize a self-consistent inflationary regime with graceful exit andgive order-of-magnitude consistency conditions for scalar and tensor perturbations sourcedby the coarse-grained noise.
