ψ-Retention Cosmology introduces a minimal field-theoretic framework in which structural persistence arises from the conservation of difference (Δψ), supported by a finite retentive node (Ξ) and an equilibrium term (Λψ). The theory explains stability features observed in recent high-precision cosmological surveys, including correlation-time plateaus, residual low-frequency relics, and persistent lensing configurations that exceed the predictions of ΛCDM. We derive the retentive Lagrangian, potential, Euler–Lagrange dynamics, stationary solutions, dimensional constraints, operational invariants, and a ψ-phase diagram valid even in pre-geometric regimes where spacetime metrics collapse. ψ-Retention Cosmology establishes Retention Physics as a formal scientific discipline and provides a coherent description of structural survival beyond dynamical decay.
