YH = F (7) = 13: A Universal Fibonacci Coupling Constant in Conscious Geometry Theory

This paper demonstrates that the Conscious Geometry Theory (CGT) parameter YH = 13, previously described as the "human recursion depth, " is a universal Fibonacci coupling constant F (Y) = F (7) = 13 appearing in fundamental physics independently of any observer. Systematic substitution of all 36 YH-dependent CGT formulas against six alternative values shows that YH = 14 produces a 15-fold increase in mean prediction error across particle physics, nuclear physics, and cosmology, with zero formulas improving at any alternative value. We classify 122 of CGT's 148 validated predictions: 112 universal physics (92%), 7 consciousness-dependent (6%), and 3 ambiguous (2%). Empirical testing against 218 real EEG recordings from 109 subjects decisively falsifies the predicted gamma oscillation frequency of 40 Hz (observed: 53. 17 Hz, Cohen's d = 1. 09, p = 10⁻³⁸) while theta peaks near but measurably above 7. 0 Hz (d = 0. 16). Multi-timescale analysis at five timescales confirms Y=7 periodicity is absent wherever "7" is the relevant number. CGT is overwhelmingly universal physics with a small consciousness sector.
