This paper formalizes personality as a multi-layer, self-regulating dynamical architecture suitable for both human modeling and Artificial General Intelligence design. The model integrates biological constraints, affective valuation, motivation, memory, cognition, self-representation, social interaction, executive control, meta-control, and explicit safety constraints into a unified state-transition system S = (I, L, O, F, Θ, Σ, B). The architecture formalizes state–trait relations, attractor-based stability, failure cascades, recovery cascades, reinforcement-learning coupling, multi-agent social dynamics, and an AGI-oriented benchmark and certification framework. AGI is defined as any system capable of replacing human agency. This work is protected under Hungarian intellectual property law and registered with the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO).
