The CIQ Framework: A Unified Field Theory of Structure Formation, Dark Matter, and Consciousness via Informational Resonance

We present the Continuity Index Quantum (CIQ) framework — a unified field theory that derives gravitational structure formation, dark matter halos, cosmological expansion, and neurophysical consciousness from a single informational master equation.
