摘要:【目的】为确定链霉菌AX-1菌株的分类地位及其对油桃酸腐病(Geotrichum candidum)的防治效果。【方法】通过形态特征、生理生化特性和系统发育分析对菌株进行鉴定;采用生长对峙法、菌丝与孢子显微观察、离体果实接种试验,测定其活菌及不同浓度发酵滤液的抑菌活性和防治效果。【结果】AX-1菌株被鉴定微白黄链霉菌(Streptomyces albidoflavus)。对峙培养抑菌率达67.08%。其发酵滤液抑菌效果呈浓度依赖性,10倍稀释液抑菌率最高达67.24%,并能导致病原菌菌丝畸形膨大、抑制孢子萌发(萌发率低至 17.33%)与芽管伸长。离体果实试验证实,10倍稀释液能极显著抑制病斑扩展,贮藏5天后对照组病斑面积为其3.01倍。【结论】链霉菌AX-1对油桃酸腐病有较好的防效,具有潜在的开发和应用价值。
