This paper presents the final, complete derivation of the 9D Unified Spatiotemporal Entropy Topological Evolution (9D-USTE) theory, a pure geometric Theory of Everything based on a 9-dimensional Riemannian manifold with a 3+6 dimensional decomposition: 3 macroscopic dimensions plus 6 compact dimensions modeled by Calabi–Yau manifolds. Starting from the 9D action functional constructed from the intrinsic geometric stiffness constant K₉ and the 9D scalar curvature R⁽⁹⁾, the source-free, pure geometric unified field equation is rigorously derived via full functional variation under the Principle of Least Action: RAB^ (9) − (1/2) gAB R^ (9) = 0. The Perelman Entropy Functional is introduced to mathematically link cosmic entropy evolution to Ricci flow. A dimensional reduction mechanism is provided, showing that the effective 4D gravitational constant satisfies Gₑff ∝ 1/ (K₉·V₆), where V₆ is the volume of the 6D compactified space. Matter is interpreted not as an external source, but as non-trivial topological excitations and metric fluctuations of the 6D compact space projected into 3D macroscopic space. The theory unifies gravity, gauge interactions, and irreversible entropy evolution within a single self-contained geometric framework. This is the 20th and concluding paper in the 9D-USTE series.
