This paper derives the acceleration scale a₀ = cH/6 appearing in the radial acceleration relation from the information-theoretic capacity of the holographic channel between the 3D bulk and the 2D cosmological horizon boundary. The coefficient 1/6 decomposes into two geometric factors: 1/3 from spatial isotropy (angular averaging of the radial gravitational signal over three dimensions) and 1/2 from the Gromov non-squeezing theorem (the symplectic capacity constraint on encoding a 1D radial signal on a 2D surface). The derivation is independent of Verlinde's (2017) elastic response argument, which obtains the same coefficient from the dimensional factor (d−3)/((d−2)(d−1)) evaluated at d = 4 spacetime dimensions.
