This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to the P versus NP problem, one of the seven Clay Mathematics Institute Millennium Prize Problems. The paper proposes physical foundations for computational complexity through the phi-to-pi decoherence framework, interpreting the boundary between polynomial and exponential computation through mathematical field dynamics governed by the six Universal Primes. Paper 14 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
