We present MINERVA v0. 3 (Microtubule-Integrated Neural Resonance via Vibrational Architecture), a mechanistic hypothesis for quantum consciousness that resolves the central failure of Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch OR): the requirement for millisecond-scale quantum coherence in warm biological systems. We propose that GTP hydrolysis at microtubule plus-ends generates acoustic phonon waves propagating through MAP-protein-decorated lattice bodies, creating standing wave nodes that trigger Objective Reduction events coupled via endogenous ephaptic electromagnetic fields. Conscious experience is proposed as the interference pattern of millions of simultaneous OR events across the cortical volume. The framework synthesizes four independently confirmed experimental findings from quantum biology, microtubule biophysics, neural electromagnetics, and anesthesiology.
