This paper develops the transition logic of retentive systems by introducing the relation between retention capacity (R) and turnover flux (F). A threshold condition is formulated under which distributed systems shift from diffusive to non-diffusive regimes. The work defines stability as a threshold-dependent state and characterizes the dynamics of transition, including instability near critical conditions. Observable indicators are proposed to support empirical differentiation between regimes. The contribution extends the conceptual foundation of retentive systems by identifying the conditions under which structural persistence emerges.
