For nearly a century, the incompatibility between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics has stood as the primary obstacle in theoretical physics. This paper proposes the Cartesian Relativity Framework, unifying macro-gravitational mechanics and quantum kinematics by redefining spacetime not as a continuous physical fabric, but as a discrete, logical coordinate system (the Render) overlaid upon a non-local quantum state (the Backend). By applying Doubly Special Relativity to an elastic coordinate topology, we demonstrate that gravitational metric tensors stretch coordinate distance asymptotically without severing topological connections. Furthermore, we resolve the Black Hole Information Paradox by modeling Hawking radiation as a deeply entangled quantum murmuration, and we prevent the formation of physical singularities via a framework-specific application of Zeno’s Paradox and gravitational time dilation. Finally, we propose three falsifiable tests to verify this architecture observationally.
