Abstract This paper examines the pivotal role rural women play in promoting eco-conscious living through sustainable household practices in Punjab. Drawing on secondary data and institutional efforts by Mata Sundri Girls College, Dhade, Bathinda, the study highlights how women contribute to water conservation, waste management, and clean energy use. Despite barriers like limited resources and formal education, rural women act as key drivers of environmental awareness and action within their communities.
