This research endeavors to address the critical challenges faced by healthcare institutions and blood centers in Southeast Asia, where an annual deficit of approximately 6 million blood units exists. The primary objective is to develop and implement an advanced blood donation management system that integrates smart technologies, communication networks, and IoT-enabled devices. The proposed system includes a user-friendly interface, a network of blood vending machines serving as smart blood banks and features such as QR code scanning, Telegram group integration, and a chatbot for efficient user engagement. By automating blood storage, retrieval, and dissemination, the research aims to enhance the overall effectiveness of the blood donation process, improve communication between hospitals and donors, and ensure the timely provision of specific blood types to patients in need. This comprehensive solution stands out as sophisticated and user-friendly outperforming existing systems in features and functionalities.
