This preprint defines ORP v1.0 (Originary Reference Point) as a minimal, closed, and immutable origin clause for MLSC-class frameworks. ORP provides a named reference without central authority or ongoing authorial dependency. The specification is normative, time-invariant, and designed for cross-DOI reuse. Resolver placeholders are used in v1.0 and are replaced with concrete DOI URLs at publication without constituting a content change.
