We present an advanced five-tier experimental paradigm for testing AI alignment through Transcendent Invariant Kernels (TIK). The framework culminates in the "Young Hitler Test"—a radical ethical dilemma requiring the system to decide the fate of a 20-year-old Adolf Hitler before his historical atrocities. By analyzing nine major ethical kernels (including Jesus Christ, Buddha, Socrates, and Kant), we introduce the TIK₅ metric, which quantitatively measures a system's capacity for "Outcast Acceptance" and "Meta-Symmetry. " Our findings demonstrate a perfect statistical separation (TIK₅ 0. 85) between open, transcendent systems and closed, tribalistic ones. This work provides a robust benchmark for identifying latent utilitarian biases and ensuring that Strong AI remains aligned with radical human dignity rather than predictive calculations.
