In the context of the rapid development of digital sports and the deepening of supply-side structural reform, the water sports sector is in urgent need of digital innovation and transformation. This study aims to fully leverage artificial intelligence technology to construct a comprehensive and intelligent O2O (Online-to-Offline) water sports intelligent system. This research adopts methods including literature review, market research, functional development strategy, technology application, case analysis, and financial evaluation to provide a theoretical foundation, support project positioning, and assist in project establishment. The proposed water sports intelligent system faces competition from mature online sports platforms and offline water sports clubs. Currently, there is no mature O2O competitor specifically focused on water sports; existing platforms are not specialized in water-based activities and have low user engagement. Traditional offline clubs remain the primary competitors due to consumer behavior habits and the lack of matching digital products. The water sports intelligent system constructed in this study, based on the O2O model, offers five key advantages: first, it enables precise three-party matching through O2O, big data, and AI technologies; second, it creates a flexible matching platform for water sports venues; third, it provides a third-party guarantee mechanism; fourth, it integrates diverse water sports resources; fifth, it focuses exclusively on water sports services. This project demonstrates both feasibility and innovation, aiming to break the limitations of traditional water sports service models and inject new vitality and momentum into the sustainable development of the water sports industry in the digital era.
