This registration describes the protocol for a systematic review and network meta-analysis aimed at comparing the effectiveness of different educational intervention delivery modalities on patient adherence among breast cancer survivors. The review will synthesize evidence from randomized controlled trials evaluating face-to-face, online, telephonic, and mixed educational approaches. The primary objective is to assess and compare the relative effects of these educational modalities on treatment adherence outcomes. Secondary objectives include examining intervention characteristics, follow-up duration, and contextual factors that may influence adherence. The review will be conducted in accordance with PRISMA 2020 guidelines and follows a predefined protocol specifying eligibility criteria, search strategy, study selection, data extraction, risk of bias assessment, and statistical analysis plan. A network meta-analysis will be performed where data allow, enabling both direct and indirect comparisons between educational modalities. This preregistration aims to enhance transparency, methodological rigor, and reproducibility by documenting the study objectives, methods, and planned analyses prior to data extraction and synthesis.
