This paper examines the features of black holes with an eventhorizon rotating with angular momentum close to the speed oflight. Theoretically, such an object could explain some of theanomalies observed in black holes, including time dilationeffects, relativistic jets and other exotic phenomena. Inparticular, mathematical models based on Einstein's equationsfor Kerr black holes are analyzed and possible observable effectsassociated with this phenomenon are discussed. The influenceof extreme values of angular momentum on the structure ofthe event horizon and on the process of matter accretion is alsoconsidered. GPT chat was used for mathematical modeling.
