Solid papillary carcinoma (SPC) is an uncommon malignancy of elderly females. It has an incidence of less than 1%. The clinical behaviour of solid papillary carcinomas is generally indolent unless it is associated with invasion. Here, we are reporting a case of solid invasive papillary carcinomas of the breast, in a female patient aged 55 years, with breast mass in upper inner quadrant which was diagnosed by FNAC as invasive breast carcinoma and confirmed by histopathology as invasive solid papillary carcinoma.
