Abstract Drug induced defects in color perception are rare and under reported. Xanthopsia, a rare clinical condition with yellow-tinted vision is reported to be an ocular adverse drug reaction. We report a suspected oral voriconazole induced transient xanthopsia in a patient of invasive bronchopulmonary aspergillosis along with related review of literature.
