This study aims to systematically explore the specific needs of cancer patients in managing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). Unlike traditional studies that focus on the effectiveness of medical interventions, this project adopts the "self-management theory" as its core framework, with a focus on the knowledge, skills, and support that patients need to control symptoms in their daily lives. The study will comprehensively scan and analyze existing international literature through the systematic method of "scoping review". We will not only sort out the general needs of patients in three major aspects: medication management, life adjustment, and emotional coping, but also conduct an in-depth analysis of their specific deficiencies in key self-management skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and resource utilization.
