Abstract

This work presents an alternative technical-operational model for theCopper Scroll (3Q15), interpreting it as an obfuscated criticalinfrastructure system rather than a literal treasure inventory.The model applies operational feasibility analysis, duodecimalscaling, and partial redundancy validation to assess the functionalplausibility of the text within the context of Qumran around 68 CE.
