ABSTRACT Graphene paper with lightweight, excellent mechanical flexibility and strength, and high temperature tolerance is promising for efficient thermal management of advanced electronics in extreme environments. Yet, challenges exist in endowing a graphene paper with high thermal radiation and convection beyond thermal conduction by a facile fabrication to improve the heat‐dissipation efficiency. Herein, inspired by the bumpy‐structural skin on desert lizards, we develop tri‐mode integrated graphene paper (termed 3MI‐GP) with biomimetic densely‐distributed “micro‐radiators” for heat dissipation through a simple, custom‐design crumpled‐template method. The distributed micro‐radiators induce plasmonic resonance in the infrared region to enhance emissivity from 0.50 to 0.91, and the anti‐counter‐rotating vortex pair to achieve 51.1 W m −1 K −1 natural convection coefficient while preserving exceptional thermal conductivity (1030 W m −1 K −1 ). Consequently, the 3MI‐GP enables the temperature decrease of 61.6 C from 350 C, and remains stable after vacuum high/low temperature cycling (−196∼200 C) and ultraviolet irradiation (600 W m −2 for 14 days), indicating their excellent cooling ability in extreme environments. Notably, the 3MI‐GP demonstrates great heat dissipation efficacy in frameless motors applied in anthropomorphic robotic systems, with temperature reduction of 28.5 C under operational loads.
