This work presents an ontological and phenomenological framework in which information, coherence, and physical structure emerge from an underlying entropic substrate. Within ZIP cosmology, information is not treated as fundamental but as a dynamically stabilized process arising from diffusion, coherence, and irreversible entropic selection. The framework remains compatible with standard quantum mechanics and cosmology while offering a clarified conceptual foundation for emergence, measurement, and stability. Files
