This repository contains the files associated with the following article: "Microbial and organic matter composition jointly drive phosphorus cycling genes and phosphorus fractions in Amazonian soils" The Microsoft Excel file contains all the data and metadata used in this study, including sampling date, site coordinates, and environmental data. The files in ".raw" format contain the raw spectra data obtained in the high-resolution mass spectrometry Orbitrap. It can be used to describe the analysis of the water-extractable organic matter.
