The fashion sourcing industry faces constant pressure to manage costs while maintaining high-quality production and timely delivery. Cost negotiation plays a crucial role in determining the profitability of fashion sourcing decisions. This study conducts a quantitative analysis of various cost negotiation strategies used in fashion sourcing and their impact on the profitability of fashion businesses. Using data collected from multiple sourcing companies, the study investigates the relationship between negotiation tactics, supplier collaboration, and profitability. The results indicate that effective negotiation strategies significantly influence cost reduction, supplier relationship strength, and overall profitability. The research offers insights into the strategic approaches that can enhance sourcing decisions and improve financial outcomes in the fashion industry.
