This paper presents a structural analysis of ASKAP J1832‑0911 and proposes its classification as a Pre‑Horizon Remnant (PHR), a compact‑object state not represented in current astrophysical taxonomies. The study examines the object’s periodicity, multi‑band coherence, and collapse‑reset behavior, showing that its dynamics cannot be reconciled with known neutron‑star, white‑dwarf, or black‑hole models. The PHR framework provides a unified interpretation of these features and outlines the physical conditions required for this transitional state. The analysis is intended to support ongoing transient surveys and encourage further observational follow‑up.
