This preprint introduces SIUC‑MAGNETIC, a methodological extension of the SIUC framework designed to analyze multi‑scale coherence in magnetically confined fusion plasmas. The work explores the interpretive possibility that certain non‑standard plasma signatures—often attributed to exotic or particulate processes—may instead arise from emergent coherence within the plasma–field system. The paper does not propose new particles, new physics, or modifications to established models. Instead, it provides a neutral, structured, and reproducible method for identifying, classifying, and interpreting coherent structures in tokamaks and other fusion devices. By integrating multi‑scale signal extraction, coherence diagnostics, and field‑system coupling analysis, SIUC‑MAGNETIC offers an alternative reading of fusion‑based observations that complements standard MHD and particle‑based interpretations. The framework is particularly relevant for researchers studying oscillatory modes, magnetic topology transitions, long‑range correlations, and other emergent behaviors in high‑temperature plasmas. This contribution expands the interpretive landscape of fusion research and supports a system‑level perspective on non‑standard signatures without invoking additional physical entities.
