Bakpia Pathok 25 Yogyakarta production workers still use traditional manual methods and are required to meet high daily demands with tight deadlines. Subjective fatigue refers to fatigue felt by an individual due to excessive physical or mental exertion, which influences worker productivity and health. This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual characteristics, repetitive motion, and physical workload with the level of subjective fatigue. This was a cross-sectional survey involving 80 bakpia production workers selected through simple random sampling. Individual characteristics were obtained through questionnaire, physical workload assessed using a pulse oximeter, repetitive motion was measured with a stopwatch and calculator, and subjective fatigue was evaluated using the Subjective Self-Rating Test (SSRT) by the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC). Based on the data obtained, it is known that the majority of respondents were 55% old (>35 years old), male (63.7%), had a long working period (45%), conducted repetitive motion (62.5%), and had light physical workload (51.2%). A significant correlation was found between subjective fatigue and factors such as age (p-value = 0.001), gender (p-value = 0.013), length of service (p-value = 0.001), repetitive motion (p-value = 0.001), and physical workload (p-value = 0.001) among Bakpia Pathok 25 Yogyakarta production workers. The proposed solution in addressing these factors is to implement 5-10 minutes of stretching exercises.
