This research study examines the relationship between lifestyle factors and academic performance among teenagers, with a particular focus on sleep patterns, stress levels, screen time, and daily routine. Using a descriptive, survey-based research design, data was collected from 41 teenage students through a structured online questionnaire. The findings indicate that students who reported adequate sleep duration and better sleep quality experienced lower levels of academic stress and reduced screen time. These students also demonstrated higher self-reported academic performance, improved concentration, and better learning efficiency compared to students with insufficient or irregular sleep patterns. The results suggest that healthy sleep habits play a crucial role in supporting cognitive functioning and academic outcomes during adolescence. This study highlights the importance of balanced lifestyle habits for teenagers and emphasizes the need for greater awareness among students, parents, and educators regarding sleep health and digital device usage. Although limited by sample size and self-reported data, the research contributes to a growing body of evidence linking lifestyle behaviors with cognitive performance and academic success in adolescents.
