The Publication is done after the Training that given by the World Bank and collaboratation with the Ministry of Water and Energy Ethiopia (MoWE), Energy Modelling Platform Ethiopia (EMP-E) 2026 on the Geo-Data Base Managment and Governence of database, specially focused on the Human aspect, that implies to found the trust worthiness of the Geo-Data and the profesional responsibilities and re-structuring the human higher archical setup.
