The article presents a review of the monograph by A. P. Bozhchenkov, R. G. Ardashev, N. N. Kitaev "Thieves in Law" through the eyes of an investigator and an expert. The authors conclude that the monograph is original, relevant, and distinguished by its novelty. Its results will serve as an important foundation for starting research in further scientific papers. However, there are also a number of disadvantages of the monograph, which do not significantly affect its overall positive assessment.
