AbstractThis research paper examines the scope, quality, and effectiveness of library services provided by government libraries in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. It explores user needs, technological integration, service delivery models, challenges, and future opportunities. The study combines literature review, field surveys, interviews, and analysis to present a comprehensive understanding of current practices and recommendations for improving library services.
