This preprint introduces the Common Energy Prime as a unifying physical principle governing the emergence and stabilization of large-scale cosmic structures. Building on the pre-formal mechanism of emergence established in “Emergence as a Physical Mechanism Without Premature Formalization”, the Common Energy Prime is defined as the shared energetic orientation that enables coherent motion and long-term stability. The work advances the Galactic Unit Hypothesis, proposing the galaxy as the fundamental organizational unit of the universe rather than a derivative aggregation of smaller components. Within this framework, centrifugal organization replaces explosive origin scenarios as the primary mechanism of structure formation. By linking emergence, shared energetic orientation, and centrifugal stabilization, the paper provides a non-singular cosmological model that explains coherence, rotation, and hierarchical structure without invoking primordial explosions or ad hoc stabilizing entities.
