This document establishes a standards‑grade crosswalk between five discipline invariants—Lineage Anchoring, Role Integrity, Drift Telemetry, Reversibility, and Sovereignty Preservation—and the four elements of the TOPS framework (Tactic, Objective, Playbook, Signals). The crosswalk provides a substrate‑level governance architecture for institutions deploying AI systems that participate in legal, regulatory, investigative, or arbitral judgment. It defines controls, evidence requirements, and review cadences that preserve institutional integrity in adversarial information ecosystems.
