Reproducible analysis pipeline for multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis (MF-DFA) of resting-state fMRI in the ABIDE cohort (N=871, 20 sites, 111 brain regions). Demonstrates that multifractal features are inherently robust to multi-site scanner effects and provide complementary temporal complexity information that improves Riemannian connectivity-based ASD classification from 66. 8% to 68. 2%. Identifies the superior temporal gyrus as the primary locus where fractal dynamics correlate with clinical severity (ADOS) and cognitive ability (IQ, pFDR=0. 034). Includes site-effects ablation, ComBat harmonization, ensemble fusion, and clinical correlation modules.
