Sleep disorders – dyssomnia – in patients of a resuscitation and intensive care unit of both therapeutic and surgical profile – is a wide-spread phenomenon resulting in complications and retarding rehabilitation. Us of actigraphy – a method of objective assessment of the rhythm of sleep and wakefulness by means of registering the patient’s motor activity allows characterizing the state of sleep in patients with various diseases.
