Power spectrum analysis yields spectral exponent β = 2.7 °æ 0.1, deriving non-extensive Tsallis parameter q − 1 from ordering corridor variance. The yellow spectral transition (570–590 nm) marks harmonic doubling threshold where fundamental registry frequency becomes unstable and locks into frequency-doubled blue saturation node. Analysis of 21 galaxies confirms universal size-factor coupling: rYellow = r0 exp−β ln q/(Df −2), proving Regular Core Theorem—no singularities form as energy phaselocks into isotropic registry before horizon scale. Torsion energy shunt Etors ≈ 4.4 °ø 1033 J maintains core stability across all morphology types. Sgr A* nuclear cluster extension validates Hessian-stable Machian Core at 26 kly proximity, confirming Stage 5 chronoscalar stability where null-torsion fixed points export chaos to periphery.
